Founding Account Executive

Amplifier Health is seeking a Founding Account Executive to build their commercial engine and acquire new paying customers within the behavioral health space. This role is for a hunter, responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and building a foundational customer base by leveraging their first-of-its-kind AI-native platform. The role offers autonomy, high revenue potential, and opportunities for leadership growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a top-performing hunter selling complex solutions into the US healthcare market
• Established network of relationships within Multi-Site Primary Care Operators and FQHCs
• Intellectual curiosity and a fast learning curve
• Autonomy and ownership of the sales process
• Motivation by performance and impact
