Ampersand is a company that is changing the way TV is bought and measured. They are looking for a Director of Sales to lead their Addressable Sales team in the West and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of media sales experience, strong leadership and motivational skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced media sales environment.

- 10+ years of media sales experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Strong relationships across national investment and planning
- Ability to succeed in fast paced and challenging media sales environment
- Proven ability to engage with and influence others
- Results oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills
