Requirements
- Monitor store KPI targets and take action to achieve store targets
- Keep team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge
- Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and leading by example
- Assist with training, developing, and motivating team members
- Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
- Enforce policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently and effectively
