Ampere is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build long-term relationships with customers, enable them to use their product optimally, and have a good understanding of their needs.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a technical field such as computer science, information technology, engineering, or comparable
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in customer success, ideally in the software area
- High level of customer and service orientation
- Communication talent and ability to handle challenging customer conversations
- Independence, responsibility, flexibility, solution orientation, and goal-orientedness
- Technical knowledge in the field of renewable energies and a good technical understanding (desirable)
- Native level of German and fluent English
