Provide executive and leadership support, attend meetings, manage scheduling, consolidate KPIs, and coordinate events and projects. Leverage AI and advanced tools to support productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with DocuSign, Ironclad, and Qualtrics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-service orientation and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts
