Legal Counsel EMEA

Legal Counsel EMEA will provide general legal support with a focus on commercial contracts, corporate law, M&A, and compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to the business and help build a robust legal function.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of domestic and international commercial agreements
• Advise on corporate law matters, including M&A transactions and post-deal integration
• Manage external legal counsel and litigation matters
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory matters and liaise with public authorities
• Analyse legislation and regulations, provide legal opinions - including implementation and/or impact on the business
• Contribute to legal entity management and rationalization
• Develop, implement and enforce corporate policies and procedures
• Ensure harmonized legal practices across the Group
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations) to support business goals
