Job Description
As a Senior Financial Crime Compliance Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations on AML/FC engagements, supervise Managers and Analysts, and contribute to the growth of AMLRS' business. You will have direct client contact and be responsible for managing the client relationship while coaching and mentoring the team to meet client objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of AML / Financial Crimes experience
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and coach teams of more than 50 employees
- Ability to exercise AML subject matter expertise and project management skills
