Growth Associate

Amidon Heavy Industries is a startup building unmanned systems for the offshore industry. We are hiring a Growth Associate to work directly with our Head of Growth in building out commercial expansion into the offshore energy and submarine cable sectors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy
• Understanding of subsea integrity management, offshore operations, inspection regimes, procurement cycles, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with high autonomy
