Job Description
Amherst College invites applications for the Custodian position. The Custodian is a full-time, year-round position responsible for maintaining safe, clean, orderly, and sanitary conditions throughout the campus community.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service, organizational, and time-management skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to contributing to an intentionally inclusive and respectful climate
- Attention to detail
- Successful completion of required reference and background checks
- Acceptable criminal offender records information (CORI) check
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical and lift test
