Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Commerce, Management, Economics, or related field.
- Strong interest in customer service, operations, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfort with data - proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) with bonus points for experience in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
