Turret Operator I - 2nd Shift

Set-up and operate CNC Turret press, editing of programs, tooling maintenance, assist in the training of operators and the use of associated computer equipment. Produce good quality parts in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Obtain and apply information from Work Instruction File
• Set-up and operate CNC and computer by following machine setup sheets
• Test and inspect equipment
• Test and inspect product to blueprint specifications
• Utilizes and completes documentation requirements
• Perform preventative maintenance of CNC machines
• Train others in respective work cell
• Ensure general maintenance and upkeep of equipment
• Comply with ISO policies and procedures
