Job Description
The Material Handler supports the machine shop by preparing and processing materials to ensure smooth, efficient operations. This role involves handling raw materials, and operating specialized equipment.
Requirements
- Receive, inspect, and prepare raw materials for machining operations.
- Cut materials to specified dimensions using Horizontal & Vertical Bandsaws.
- Operate Proto-Trak Mill for basic machining tasks.
- Perform laser cutting and laser engraving.
- Load and unload components from the stress relief oven.
- Clean parts using the ultrasonic cleaning tank.
- Safely operate a forklift for material movement.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with work instructions.
