Junior Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Analyst to join our finance team, supporting various financial operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and contributing to accurate reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to confirm revenues and establish transfer pricing.
• Validate subsidiary orders and AR balances.
• Support AR colleagues and ensure compliance with United-States (U.S.) regulations.
• Perform internal review testing (SOX) and manage U.S. Sales tax requirements.
• Code subsidiary invoices and handle intercompany recharges.
• Validate and analyze financial statements of certain subsidiaries.
• Calculate and analyze backlog. Calculate deferred revenues for subsidiaries.
• Prepare sales reports, orders by country, commissionaires and AR reports.
• Post certain general ledger entries int he ERP and enter exchange rates our software.
