Job Description
The Business Unit Manager for Rauland will be responsible for overall profit and loss performance, and leading and driving profitability of the business unit over the next 5 years. The qualified candidate will provide tactical and strategic guidance and be responsible for developing and implementing the Business Unit’s Strategic Plan with an emphasis on AMETEK’s culture and four-pronged growth strategy promoting continuous improvement, new product development, global and market expansion, and mergers & acquisitions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience
- 5 years in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility
- Subscription based/Managed Services background
- Prior experience working in the Medical Device industry
- Managed a business with revenues of at least $100M
