Job Description
Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a skilled Material Handling Equipment Technician to repair and maintain light-duty fleet vehicles, trailers, and equipment. This role requires proficiency in diesel engine diagnostics, brakes, tires, and AC services, as well as forklift operation. The company is a leading fleet maintenance company in the US.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of forklifts, crowns, walk behind lifts, and big joe lifts.
- Proficient computer skills: knowledge of Excel, Word, Fleet Management Systems, and Email.
- Ability to read schematics and process vehicles.
- Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
- Working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring bending, squatting, crawling, and heavy lifting.
