We are looking for a Personal Care Specialist to join our team. The role involves being a key point of contact for patients, educating them on program services, and ensuring coordination of patient services. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset (requirement for province of Quebec)
- Experience in a customer service setting
- Post-secondary education certificate, diploma, or degree an asset
- Experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena, call center setting or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, clinical support, or related experience an asset
- Comprehension of medical information
- Knowledge of public, private and federal reimbursement an asset
- Previous work using a CRM system an asset
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of SalesForce.com an asset
- Previous work in health insurance experience an asset
- Previous work in pharmacy an asset
