IT Business Integration Manager

Cencora is a company that creates healthier futures, and they are looking for an IT Business Integration Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in launching and supporting Patient Support Programs, as well as experience in business administration, computer sciences or similar vocations.

Requirements

• Lead highly complex projects from initiation to completion
• Provide leadership for large projects, effectively communicate and deliver high standard of work quality
• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and ensure client requirements are defined and documented
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders
• Mediate differences in Business perspectives to drive requirements consensus
• Bridges the gap between Business and IT, ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment
• Monitors project deliverables and escalates when required to mitigate risks
• Provides timely, concise communications to functional and executive leadership regarding project status and pending issues
• Identifies issues and potential risks within the project; proactively manages them to resolution and/or mitigation
