Analyst II - Compliance & Process Management

Cencora is seeking an Analyst II - Compliance & Process Management to join their team. The role is responsible for business analysis and quality assurance activities, including project execution, planning, and coordination. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 4+ years of experience in client software solutions design or IT Operations.

Requirements

• Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process
• Provide experienced services including defining requirements, developing and/or maintaining computer applications/systems
• Take accountability for end-to-end implementation and realization of the use of a variety of IT solutions
• Analyze performance metrics to ensure user satisfaction
• Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions
• Support various reporting and analytical functions necessary for the accurate maintenance of the solutions
• Identify, pursue, and close engagements for solutions practice and help troubleshoot issues that arise from translation of requirements
• Analyze customer’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements
• Support in review and approve test plans and monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk
• Keep stakeholders informed of problems, issues, and resolutions and manages their expectations
• Work in close collaboration with business partners and developers to ensure consistent understanding of business processes and requirements
• Interact with IT staff including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants, and other contractors
• Support project planning and coordination among different project teams
• Partners internally with business partners, and externally with Clients elicit business requirements that describe the desired the technical/analytical solution
• Develops and authors user stories (and business cases) applying generally accepted techniques to convey the expectation
• Develops low fidelity mock-ups and annotated illustrations that convey the expected deliverable and user experience
• Participates in backlog grooming, prioritization, and estimation process
• Leverages data to tell the story of current performance and highlight opportunities for improvement, influencing senior leaders to act based on analytical insights
• Collects process and system metrics for reporting team statistics against goals
• Manages and executes necessary steps (both independently and with other IT team members) to resolve user tickets submitted via ServiceNow ITSM
• Develops and supports solutions in Smartsheet based on user requirements – will be a strategic resource on the team for developing a new service offering within our team.
