Requirements
- Records, classifies, and summarizes accounting transactions.
- Complies various documents, verifies their accuracy with established procedures.
- Maintains records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating & purging.
- Responds to inquiries, checks accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports and schedules.
- Maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and General Ledger functions through the Company’s accounting software, MYOB and SAP.
- Supervise Monthly Financials Closing.
- Maintain Approved Vendor’s Listing.
