Job Description
Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Directors to drive organic growth of Ameriprise advisors through coaching, learning, and growth labs. Manage cohorts of advisor learners, curate content, and support national and regional learning calendars.
Requirements
- Manage ongoing engagement with new advisors
- Develop personalized learning plans for advisors
- Provide updates to RSMs and RSDs on engagement and areas of opportunity
- Support national and regional calendar of learning and growth labs
- Work with learning team to develop pre and post event expectations, content, and follow-up
