Sales Agent

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused sales agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Medicare-eligible beneficiaries in understanding their healthcare options and enrolling in plans that best fit their needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of sales experience in a call center environment preferred; Medicare sales experience strongly desired
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable using CRM systems, quoting tools, and enrollment platforms (e.g., Sunfire, Connecture)
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
