We are seeking a Specialist I in Engineering, Product Owner, and Programming to join our team and serve as a technical resource for internal solutions that improve productivity. The role involves maintaining and evolving internal tools, providing support to the engineering team, and leading operational tasks with a focus on organization and automation. Promoting knowledge and driving continuous improvement are key.

Requirements

• Maintenance and evolution of internal tools developed in C#, ensuring they are always up to date and working according to business rules.
• Technical support to the Engineering team of Brazil and Mexico.
• Management of recurring operational tasks, such as base updates and automations.
• Development and implementation of automation tools and internal applications.
• Manage and improve engineering dashboards and databases.
• Act with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
