Job Description
ARC Group is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for shift work in the Everett, WA area. The role involves providing direct care to clients/residents, assisting with ADLs, observing changes in condition, and supporting their comfort and safety. The CNA will assist the licensed nurse and contribute to the quality of patient care.
Requirements
- Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) or Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) in good standing
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Passing of the competency exam
- Ability to work under supervision, accept direction and follow facility policies
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to assist with transfers, lifting, and bending
- Sensitivity, compassion, patience, and respect
- Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
