The Membership Engagement Manager plays a strategic role in developing long-term relationships with members throughout their lifespan. Reporting to the Associate Director, Member Engagement and working closely with the other Manager of Member Engagement, this role is responsible for setting and executing a comprehensive membership growth and engagement strategy for various cohorts, with accountability for acquisition, retention, engagement outcomes, and associated dues revenue.
