Student Recruitment Officer

The Student Recruitment Officer is responsible for attracting, engaging, and enrolling prospective students into AIU programs through proactive outreach, personalized communication, and strong relationship-building with schools, organizations, and potential applicants.

Requirements

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student body.
• Represent AIU at recruitment events, education fairs, and school visits.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, community groups, and businesses to strengthen outreach.
• Advise prospective students and parents on academic programs, admissions procedures, and financial aid opportunities.
• Review applications, assist with the admissions process, and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
• Maintain consistent and personalized communication with prospective students throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Conduct campus tours, interviews, and informational sessions to promote AIU’s programs and campus life.
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date program information is provided to applicants.
• Manage applicant data using CRM systems and generate regular recruitment performance reports.
• Analyze recruitment trends to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
