Job Description
The Life Enrichment Assistant will enrich the lives of residents through various programs, customer service, and events. The position involves using software applications, scheduling activities, and providing transportation.
Requirements
- Ensure highest quality customer service
- Engage in prospective resident visits
- Perform welcome orientation
- Develop and schedule programs based on the Whole Person Wellness Model
- Use iPad to enrich resident lives
- Proficiency with American House software applications
- Availability to work weekends and events
- Represent American House professionally
- Provide transportation for events and appointments
- Update seasonal/holiday decorations
- Oversee volunteer program
