The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships Marketing & Referral Programs is responsible for leading the strategy, performance, and growth of two high-priority strategic partners and a portfolio of referral programs.
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in partner management, business development, or referral program leadership
- Proven experience managing people, including responsibility for direct reports, setting goals, developing talent, and building a high-performing team
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels and functions
- Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead structured governance processes and manage complex partnership workstreams
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting lead, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and maintain a high standard of execution across multiple initiatives
