Job Description
The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) is seeking a full-time Program Manager for its Center on Opportunity and Social Mobility (COSM). COSM aims to reduce opportunity gaps for disadvantaged Americans and strengthen social mobility by producing research and policy solutions. The role involves coordinating operations, developing and executing center initiatives, supporting research on safety-net programs, and advising research assistants. This position focuses on a dedicated commitment to policy development, public engagement, and influencing national and state policy discussions.
Requirements
- Work closely with director, Scott Winship, and deputy director, Kevin Corinth.
- Design, launch, promote, and maintain new COSM products.
- Support research on economic well-being and safety-net programs.
