Program Assistant, Critical Threats Project

The Critical Threats Project (CTP) at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) is seeking a full-time program assistant to help support the organization's operations and provide valuable insights on national security threats. The role involves assisting with business functions, managing communications, monitoring social media, and conducting research. The project focuses on informing policymakers, military communities, and the public about the nuances and scale of security threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, history, Middle East studies, public or business administration, or a similar field
• 0–2 years of professional experience in an operational role
• Demonstrated interest in project management
• Demonstrated interest in external relations, social media, or marketing
• Strong technical skills in Adobe products, Microsoft Office, and X
