Requirements

• Experience working with web-based platforms, including public-facing websites and internal intranet systems.
• Familiarity with customer communication tools, such as portals, messaging platforms, or digital engagement solutions.
• Understanding of the electric utility industry, with exposure to regulatory environments, compliance standards, and industry-specific challenges.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including cloud architecture, deployment, and security best practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture domains: application, integration, data, and infrastructure.
