Requirements
- Terminal degree from an accredited institution in a field associated with leadership and administration or curriculum and instruction.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading an academic department.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in doctoral level leadership programs.
- 5+ years’ experience in teaching and leadership in a formal educational setting using both traditional and non-traditional teaching formats; higher education strongly preferred.
- Current licensure as a P-12 district/campus level administrator preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully developing faculty relationships in online/virtual environments.
- Current knowledge of leadership principles and techniques.
- Ability to interpret and write analyses of sophisticated educational research documents.
- Current knowledge of leadership principles and techniques.
