Job Description
The Investment Reporting Senior Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing the investment reporting function, delivering accurate and timely investment data and analytics to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment reporting or related financial analytics roles
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and performance measurement methodologies
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and correct data anomalies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including graphing and data analysis features
- Experience with relational databases and reporting tools; technical aptitude for automated systems
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence and guide team members
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
