Job Description
This job description provides supportive mental health services to clients enrolled with White Mountain Apache Behavioral Health Services Tribal Regional Behavioral Health Authority. The Cibecue Case Manager provides referral to appropriate services, coordinates services, and acts as an advocate for the client. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, providing support services, adhering to policies and procedures, and collaborating with clinical staff and community partners.
Requirements
- High school diploma with a minimum of four years' work-related experience in the mental health field
- AA/Bachelor's degree in mental health/human services or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with Native Americans (preferred)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation
- MS Office proficiency and ability to correctly operate copy machine and fax
