Job Description
The American Bar Association – Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) seeks to hire a consultant to develop procedure manuals and practical guides for compliance officers in the anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) sectors in Paraguay.
Requirements
- Master's degree or specialization in anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism prevention
- Knowledge of the international legal framework in AML/CFT, including FATF recommendations and standards
- Previous experience in Paraguay
- Comprehensive experience of at least 10 years as a compliance officer or in supervision and analysis functions in financial institutions, exchange houses, or Financial Intelligence Units
