Job Description
Ameresco is seeking an Operations Engineer to work with the Alternative Fuels group, based out of the Portland, ME office. The position supports the maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems for various energy projects throughout the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or 5 years of related experience in landfill gas to energy (LFGTE) or renewable natural gas (RNG) operations
- Understanding of power plant systems and ability to troubleshoot and understand data from those systems
- Experience with Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 / 500 platforms and HMI and Historian software packages
- Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing
