Requirements

• Define and execute the long-term merchandising strategy for Wilson HG & SG in ANZ.
• Align global brand direction with local consumer insights.
• Set financial, margin, and inventory targets.
• Own assortment planning, pricing, forecasting, and seasonal flow for Racquet Sports HG.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing merchandising team.
• Leverage data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive performance across sales, margin, and inventory KPIs.
