Requirements

• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Strong sense of service and ability to create good long-term relationships with customers
• Documented experience of sales via phone, preferably from lending or the banking sector
• Results-oriented and thrives in working goal-oriented
• Good communicative ability and used to working with both phone and digital channels
• Solution-oriented, structured, and thrives in a high work tempo
