Requirements
- Proactively identify and research potential customers and launch outbound campaigns to engage with new prospects
- Initiate first contact and hold discovery conversations to understand prospects’ business needs, challenges, and buying potential
- Qualify leads and pass promising opportunities to the rest of the Sales Team
- Schedule high-quality appointments and demos for the sales team
- Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new prospects
- Accurately log activities, maintain lead information, and track performance metrics in our CRM system
- Stay on top of industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor movements
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging, share prospect feedback, and continuously refine outreach strategies
