Quality Manager II

As a Quality Manager II, you will provide leadership for the quality and food safety systems and programs, ensuring compliance to specifications and reducing quality attribute variation. You will also serve as a point of contact with customers and manage the Quality Team, including training and development of team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other Technical field
• ASQ CMQ/QE or ASQ CQE certification preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing industry experience
• 2-3 years of demonstrated achievement in a Leadership/Supervisory position
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or willingness to obtain such certification
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Strong proficiency in PC-based tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
