As an HR Generalist, you will provide service to employees and business stakeholders, partnering with HR team members and business leaders to execute strategic business initiatives and the Human Capital Strategy. This is an individual contributor role that typically reports to the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field required
- New graduate or internship preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday and/or Kronos
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Demonstrated strong communication skills – written and verbal
