Requirements
- Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff.
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with laws and local regulations.
- Foster a safe, inclusive work environment.
- Greet every guest warmly and promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee food safety and other safety protocols.
- Implement marketing plans and ensure the restaurant staff is trained and ready for promotions.
- Manage labor costs and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards are consistently met by the team.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal support teams.
