SPECIALIST OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Lead an agile team driving sustainable operational improvements across assigned domains within the mine-to-port value chain, delivering end-to-end operational excellence initiatives and acting as a trusted business partner to operational leaders.

Requirements

• Extensive understanding of Asset Management, Lean principles and six sigma methodologies
• Proven track record leading projects across operations, maintenance, engineering
• Strong track record coaching teams in problem solving and continuous improvement
• Experience in Lean & CI Tools: Kaizen, A3, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Standard Work
• Advanced in Excel, Power BI/Tableau and operational systems
• Develop capability in others while maintaining high performance expectations
• A minimum 7 years in in mining/industrial operations, with 3-5 years in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or performance management
• Advanced analytical thinking, systematic approach, creative solutions
