Job Description
The Loden Hotel is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to provide professional, friendly, and engaging service. Responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of plumbing, fixtures, doors, windows, and HVAC units, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Basic painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills
- Previous maintenance experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
- Excellent communication and organization skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
