Job Description
Altorfer Inc. is seeking a Shop Technician to perform shop service and repairs on their Cat AG products, including tractors and other AG equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic, electrical, and other systems. The position is part of the West Branch, Iowa location and requires a willingness to work overtime and weekends.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a formal technical training program preferred or 2 years of AG machinery experience.
- Electrical and hydraulic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, CAT programs).
- Knowledge of parts books
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
