Job Description
The Rental Coordinator position at Altorfer Industries provides operational and sales support for the growth of rental businesses. This role focuses on establishing customer needs, providing support for billing and delivery tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to company standards. It requires a blend of communication, technical skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Requirements
- 100% of bills for the day are completed before closing the branch
- 100% of deliveries for the next day are logged and written in order
- Must have working knowledge of construction phases to advise applications
- Must have working knowledge of common equipment failure problems and how to resolve them
- Must have working knowledge of usage and applications of all rental equipment and services offered
- Must have thorough knowledge of "common" equipment failure problems and how to resolve them
- Must have working knowledge of construction phases to properly advise applications
