Field Technician- Southern IA Territory, AG

Altorfer Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to perform field service repairs on agricultural equipment within the Southern Iowa territory. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining tractors, combine harvesters, and other CAT Ag products. The company emphasizes customer service and maintaining equipment appearance in excellent condition.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a formal technical training program (preferred) or equivalent Ag machinery experience.
• Electrical and hydraulic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, CAT Programs).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
