Production Packaging Associate

We are seeking a Production Packaging Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving material, and operating packaging equipment.

Requirements

• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Works well and effectively with others.
• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing appropriate PPE, following Stop Think Act, and by immediately escalating abnormalities when found.
• Demonstrates Operator Driven Quality by performing hourly inspections, by adhering to GMP policy, and by immediately escalating issues when any defect is found.
• Can safely and efficiently operate on a designated line.
• Can correctly run drop tests for bottles on designated line.
• Monitor operation of conveyor systems and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Discard defective bottles and report poor quality issues to management.
• Ensure proper packing and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
• Keeps work area neat, clean, and organized.
