Spécialiste CRM | CRM Specialist

We're looking for a CRM Specialist to develop and strengthen our relationship with customers within the performance marketing team. As a CRM Specialist, you will lead and develop the CRM vision across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and site personalization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the full marketing cycle within a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficient with CRM tools, Google Analytics, and email tracking technologies
• Strong interest and experience in analyzing data within large datasets
• Technical understanding of marketing (HTML, CSS, CMS) and CRM automation solutions
• Previous experience in e-commerce (an asset)
• Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken
