Preservation Coordinator, AFS Operations

We are looking for a Preservation Coordinator to manage the REO property preservation process for reverse mortgages, ensuring timely completion and coordination of all necessary activities to secure, maintain, and preserve REO properties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property preservation, REO management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal departments
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on timely completion of tasks
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in PPW and Resnet applications
