Job Description
We are seeking an Analyst Payroll to manage end-to-end India Payroll and have experience in statutory compliance, online PF transfer, and preparing schedules for Balance sheet.
Requirements
- B. Com/MBA- Finance /CA Inter
- 2 Years of Experience in Payroll
- Understanding of India Payroll Statutory, PF, ESIC, TDS, PTax, LWF, etc.
- Experience in filing statutory monthly/annual returns (PTax, Etds, Form 16, etc)
- Experience in handling online PF transfer/withdrawal request
- Quick problem solver and able to manage employee queries
- Ability to manage internal/external/Sox audit
